SL Season 3 Championship: Intrinsic vs Center Stage

The game began with both teams going opposite ways, Intrinsic North and Center Stage South. Center Stage got right to flagging J3, and set up an ambush at J4. Intrinsic went to Midbase, while AMD, Kilty, and C0MB0 stayed in the trees under the F2 base. Center Stage, tired of waiting, Went up to H1, encountering Intrinsic there. CS set up an intricate flank as Intrinsic filed out of midbase. As the battle continued, Intrinsic fled southward, and Center Stage fell North. Intrinsic began to spread for flags, and the remaining Center Stage huddled at I1 to wait for their fallen teammates. Intrinsic regrouped F2 again, and headed South once more. Center Stage regrouped South as well, and there was a large battle at H4. Center Stage pushed and won, And Intrinsic was driven into mid. They went out the North entrance, and Center Stage continued West, where Intrinsic was regrouping. As the ambush was sprung, kr- made an impressive triple kill, and Center Stage began falling back to G3. The Member of Center Stage who managed to Escape, Q, headed to the enemy base to hide. Intrinsic went North, and Center Stage regrouped South. Intrinsic waited in H1, while Center Stage came up through Mid in the south Entrance. The teams engaged at G2, And CS pushed out of Mid, surrounding the H2 area. Intrinsic had no choice but to fall to J3, which they did. Center Stage had all the flags now, but Intrinsic managed a quick abort at J3. Center Stage pushed south, and Mar was caught in the crossfire, knocked out on his third death. Intrinsic found a place to hide at H5, while Center Stage moved around to F3. Intrinsic went North into Mid, and N0oNe of Center Stage was specced for visual lag, and Pheer was subbed in. Intrinsic went North, ambushing H2. Center Stage ran straight into the ambush, making this the decisive battle taking out Prisoner, Beaver, Q, Khaos, and Arcades. Intrinsic suffered casualties as well, losing Kilty and AMD Inside. Intrinsic Pushed Westward, killing and recapturing flags, and Center Stage was soon knocked out. Pheer and ae- hid at I4, and eventually Intrinsic found them and ran them down, taking the game.

The game started again with Center Stage South, and Intrinsic North. Intrinsic set up a very familiar ambush that took down WarDogs a few times at I2, while Center Stage took their time to flag, and instead of walking straight into the ambush, they went around J3, but it was still a worse position than Intrinsic had. Intrinsic made a very successful ambush, and at a very bad moment, Phony lagged out and Panther was subbed in. Intrinsic surrounded and cleaned up at J3, while Center Stage made a regroup at F3. Playing cautiously, they went to check the trees at G3. Intrinsic went down to H5, and then Mid. They seemed to be scatter flagging, and they encountered Center Stage at H4. The battle was fierce, and Panther was killed off. Intrinsic regrouped at H4, while Center Stage Went through Mid, and took South. Intrinsic began flagging as well, and the battle again was at H4. There were many small skirmishes, but soon Center Stage was picked apart piece by piece. ae- was out, and AO was the only one standing in The way of victory for Intrinsic. He fought hard at the last flag, but was eliminated, and Intrinsic took the flag victory.

Game 3
This marked Center Stage’s amazing comeback to claim the championship.

Again, both teams went opposite ways (Noticing a pattern here?), CS South and Intrinsic North. Center Stage took H5 hastily, while Int flagged H1, F2, and Mid. Center Stage went around F3, and charged at H2. The battle began, and Center Stage began to win. Intrinsic made a fall to F3, and Center Stage went to Midbase. Intrinsic went South with their players back, to encounter Center Stage again at H4. Intrinsic sent a flagger up to F2 to flag and flank, but Center Stage made their own flanks, and eventually surrounded and Killed some of the other team. Int fell into mid, and Kilty went to flag J3. Center Stage fell South, counterflagging, while Intrinsic scattered madly to flag. Center Stage regrouped at H4, and Intrinsic took F2. Center Stage made movements westward, and Intrinsic saw them, was able to flank around them, and surround them. Q and Kilty were both out, and Center Stage fell to H4, while Intrinsic regrouped at G4. Both teams went South, and the battle was south of H5 now. While only Beaver died for Center Stage, Intrinsic lost C0MBO, Dilandau`, MasterAssasin and kr-. Center Stage, after winning the battle, went up through Midbase to flag. The Remaining Intrinsic headed up to I1, and Center Stage was headed North as well. AMD Inside and Dr. JeJo encountered Center Stage, but were not able to fight them off. They were both knocked out, and Center Stage began their comeback.

Once again, Int went North as CS went South. Intrinsic went straight into Midbase, while Center Stage went past H5 and Mid around F3, to the North Entrance of Mid. A battle commenced, and Intrinsic sent a flank around F3, while Center Stage sent flaggers to F2 and H1, and their own flankers around F3. Intrinsic won the battle of the flankers, and Center Stage fell to J2 to regroup. Intrinsic went back to Mid, while Center Stage regrouped at J3 and headed South. Int sent a 3 man team to F2. The battle began at H3, but Int was not doing so well. Their flanks were being picked apart, and Center Stage had excellent Counter Flanks. Intrinsic tried to fall out of Mid through the North Entrance, but they were stopped short by Center Stage. The battle moved to F3, While Center Stage surrounded Intrinsic, taking out C0MB0. Intrinsic regrouped E4, while Center Stage flagged Midbase for the flag win.
