Aoi vs Epidemic – May 2001

-Scrim 9: Aoi over Epidemic-

This was one hell of a match indeed. AOI takes 6 flags to the A7 base and EP

takes only 1 flag to their base. Both teams are using a similar offense also.

While EP has 3 jts, 1 hvy, and 1 sl…AOI uses 4 jts and 1 sl.

Anyways, each team launches several attacks most which are unsuccessful.

Soon 0wned j00 gets tired of running on foot while attacking the AOI base

and uses a DropPack. This proves very successful, because he runs off with

2 flags and is summoned home. Soon after that AOI’s offense gets tired of

not getting any flags so soon thier attack lands them with 1 flag and they

take that home.The rest of the match was basically both teams attacking

each other and each base standing strong. soon when the timer reads 3

minutes left EP knows they are down in points and are forced to use some

of thier defense on thier offense. This however leaves the EP base less

defended and it seems that AOI has also used some of thier defense on

offense. AOI soon overwhelmes EP’s remaining defense and takes the flags

home. They hold onto the flags and thus ends this 44 minute game.
